Pre Mural Art Class : So your class get to meet me I can offer a 1 hour art lesson, per class. I introduce myself and show a short online presentation where I explain my work and process. I then get them involved with an activity which breaks down how you can transer murals onto a large scale.
Below, see my work with Rogerstone primary. Their murals are completely student designed with my help. At the end of the week, year 6 leave their mark on the wall as a farewell to their primary school days. 2023 Mural
Year 6 studied the artist Rhiannon Roberts and they wanted their 2023 leavers mural to be about her work. They drew images that were inspired by her colourful and vibrant art, which I then added into one big design. At the end of the week, they signed their names onto the wall. 2022 Mural
If you can’t already tell by watching the video, 2022’s mural was in celebration of the Queen’s Jubilee! This was a great theme for that year group and they drew me some fantastic images which celebrated the festivities.
